The Pope's Challenge
On the occasion of 2008 World Youth Day(s) undergoing in Australia, Pope Benedict XVI challenges us, especially the youth of today, to shun away the culture of consumerism, pleasure and false idols. Some quoted words of the Pope are found in local dailes. "Our world has grown weary of greed, exploitation and division, of the tedium of false idols and piecemeal responses, and the pain of false promises". "Do not be fooled by those who see you as just another consumer in a market of undifferentiated possiblities, where choice itself becomes the good, novelty usurps beauty and subjective experience displaces truth". Think about his words, brothers and sisters, friends and non-friends. God bless us.

Hi! For friends and young men and women who may want to know more about religious missionary vocations, this site on SVD Vocation is being made. We are still starting, so try to bear with us and understand its humble presentation. We are hoping to improve the site in the future.
